We are sincerely apologetic if you’re not at all satisfied with our services or from our study materials. We also suggest that user, before they subscribe to or get online admission/purchase from DESIGNKUBO.COM, should thoroughly read all the information provided about the courses/fee/contents/products/services before making any payment.
It is for the user to see whether he/she is eligible for a certain Entrance Exams or not. We, at Designkubo.com does not holds any responsibility if a user’s admission form is rejected by the examination controller body (main entrance examination) or the user does not clears/qualifies the respective examination he/she may be preparing for. Such a user cannot claim a refund of the whole or any part of the fee he/she has paid to designkubo.com.
We can cancel your order if a request is made within 24 hours of placing the order or subscription. The request has to be made at mailbox@designkubo.com with your email ID and Phone number used during.registration with us.

Refund policy
For all products that are bought and/or paid for on this site, the following policy is applicable for refund of the fee that you pay for the product/service. This refund policy is applicable ONLY for products/services purchased online on designkubo.com and NOT for any classroom programmes or correspondence courses or test series or web-based products for which the fee payment has been made at any other partner website or at our office.

We suggest that first the user should go information of courses/fee to use contents/products/services before they subscribe to or get online admission/purchase from DESIGNKUBO.COM.

You can request for a refund of any fees paid by you are subject to the following:
For products/services that require us to dispatch courseware to you, communication of your confirmed intent to cancel your subscription must reach us before the first set of courseware is dispatched from us.
For products that involve tests to be taken by you (whether online tests or paper-and-pencil tests), or videos to be viewed by you, communication of your confirmed intent to cancel your subscription must reach us before you take even one such test or before you collect from us the first test paper or before the first test paper is dispatched by us to you or before you have viewed any one of the videos available in the package.
In all cases where you make a refund request, the request has to come to us in either one of the two forms given below:

In the form of an email sent by you from the SAME email address which was submitted by you to us at the time of registration for the product/service, addressed to our email id mailbox@designkubo.com

In the form of a letter signed by you to reach our registered office at KUBO Architecture Studio, C32, Team Up. Kaushambi Commercial Area, Ghaziabad India 201010 by registered post.

If your refund request satisfies the above terms, the amount (after deduction of all applicable taxes and levies) would be refunded after deducting an administrative charge of Rs.150/- or 10% of the order value, whichever is higher.

If the amount for the product/service was originally paid by you through credit card, the refund amount would be debited back to the credit card account that was used to make the original purchase. If the amount for the product/service was originally paid by you in the form of a Demand Draft or a payable-at-par cheque, the refund amount would be sent to you in the form of a Demand Draft or payable-at-par cheque made in the name of the person registering for the product/service and sent to the address given by you to us at the time of registration for the product/service.
If such communication is received by us after the first set of material has been dispatched (for products/ services that require us to dispatch material to you) or if you have accessed any part of the services on-line (for products /services that only offer online access), no refund would be allowed.

All communication in this regard should be addressed to mailbox@designkubo.com. The processing will normally take five working days and the amount(s) will be refunded within 30 working days after that.
